Born from the heart of Egypt.

NōMA Stays is the guest platform of HAAM Management — an Egyptian hospitality company built on one belief: Um el Dunya deserves better stays.

The beginning

Um el Dunya deserves better stays.

Egypt — Um el Dunya, Mother of the World — is rising again as a top global destination. The Grand Egyptian Museum, a booming visitor economy, and a new generation of travellers who want more than sightseeing: personal, authentic stays that feel like home.

But Cairo's mid-market accommodation hasn't kept up. Between aging hotels and inconsistent short-lets there was a gap: professionally managed stays with the space of a home and the reliability of a hotel.

HAAM was founded to close that gap — sourcing properties, overseeing refurbishment and furnishing, then operating them with our own on-ground teams. NōMA and BEIT are the result.

Every decision — how we design a room, set a rate, schedule a cleaning, answer a message — starts with one question: does this make the stay better? If it doesn't, we don't do it.

Take care of your people, and they will take care of our guests. We hire carefully, train continuously and build careers — because the warmth you feel at check-in starts long before you arrive.

June 2026

NōMA Arabella opens — 40 rooms, New Cairo

Our flagship serviced building welcomes its first guests.

September 2026

Beit Hend opens — 5 rooms, Garrana

The first BEIT: a boutique stay minutes from the Grand Egyptian Museum and the pyramids.

Q1 2027

NōMA District 9 opens — 32 rooms, Sheikh Zayed

The NōMA standard arrives in West Cairo, taking the portfolio to 77 operating keys.

End of 2027
